Lesa joined the MVV team in May of 2013 as Supply Chain Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of Supply Chain in 2017. Her experience centers around inventory control, purchasing and planning in the distribution, manufacturing and production planning work sectors. She has a bachelor’s in Technical Business Management from DeVry University.

Jennifer joined MVV in 2021.  She is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in both retail and service industries.  She has a Bachelor’s from the University of Puget Sound, and has lived in the Pacific NW her entire life. 

David joined MVV in 2010. Prior, David worked for Pizza Hut Corporate and Franchise. Following his 9 years with Pizza Hut, David moved to Jack in the Box Corporation where he became the Regional Key Initiatives Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science degree from Northern Arizona University.

Deborah is a certified SPHR/SCP human resource leader with extensive hands-on and strategic work experience in manufacturing, technology, and retail.  She joined Marine View Ventures in 2010.  She received her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and MBA from City University of Seattle.
